Zarzour started packing Olive
oil In 2003 in cooperation with the largest olive oil producing
company in Syria.
Zarzour oil is produced from the finest Syrian olive oil
selected from the best olive producing regions of Syria. Selected
olives are then pressed and filtered using an Italian filtering
system that relies on the most recent techniques used worldwide to
refine olive oil.
It is the only company in Syria to use the Della Taffola mechanism,
which is the most advanced in filtering oil.
Sand extracted from sea shells is used to filter the oil: this
natural process filters the olive oil without changing any of its
physiological characteristics and enhances its shiny aspect. |
